Couples Therapy

The starting point of marriage counselling is the hope and desire on both sides for the relationship to improve and to continue. It is best not to leave marriage counselling till the end as a last resort because anger and resentment may have built up by then. 

You may be experiencing any of the following:

  • Excessive or continual anger towards your partner

  • Lack of affection

  • Loss of sexual attraction/relationship

  • Excessive arguing, shouting

  • Separation,

  • Family life

  • Parenting

Together we will explore your feelings about the relationship and how both you and your partner are communicating. If your partner does not want to join you in counselling, coming for marriage counselling alone can still be very beneficial.


There may be changes you can make alone that will have a positive impact on your relationship. Some people also prefer to have counselling on their own first to work out their feelings before seeing another counsellor as a couple.
